Thanks to the  Belgopocket book and website, federal public services can answer clearly, concisely and concretely many questions about health and social insurance, employment, housing, mobility, family, environment, consumer  protection, justice, pensions, taxation and fiscal concerns, citizenship and democracy.

The Carrefour Régional et Communautaire de la Citoyenneté et de la Démocratie is a non-profit-making body whose aim is to educate people on responsible citizenship and to promote democracy. The website offers various teacher-oriented activities on citizenship, (children’s) human rights, security, scientific and environmental issues for citizens, junior municipal councils and so on.
